- Cash On Delivery
You can use Order Cancellation button to cancel any order that has not yet shipped. When you will cancel your order an order cancellation email will be sent. Any order that has not received shipping confirmation within 20 days from the date of booking will be automatically cancelled by Divine Max payments.

Refund or Replacement of an item depends on its condition. How long you had that item and how was the item purchased. Receiving a refund after we have received that item can take a time of approx 1 week or less for further process.
Cash On Delivery
If in any case you forget your password then follow these simple steps to recover it-
Click on Login in Account Section
Select “Mobile Number” or “Email”
Then Click on Forgot Password?
Enter Registered Mobile Number or Email Address to get the security code for resetting your password
Enter the code you get on your mobile number or email address to set a new password
This payment method is available for all items fulfilled by Divine Max. Items which are eligible for cash on delivery method will be indicated by the message "Eligible for Cash on Delivery" on the product detail page.
